pro.plan Amenagement: Graphical and alphanumeric property management
The pro.plan Amenagement solution enables real estate and associated information to be managed graphically and alphanumerically.
Based on the AutoCAD standard, the solution can handle all the information associated with different sites (surface areas, occupiers, furnishings etc.).
Using the bidirectional database link (Access, Oracle etc.), you can quickly incorporate your existing data (directory, technical equipment etc.) and gain a true overview of the real estate.
The data can be retrieved using graphical or text queries, and indicators and associated themed plans can be produced quickly and easily.

With pro.plan Amenagement, you can:

• analyse surface areas (used and unused areas, gross and net areas etc.),
• produce themed plans automatically, defined according to information concerning the site,
• position and locate equipment, linked to the company's directory,
• produce area reports and site and equipment sheets.
